This letter is to all enities, person or business, who are stock holders of record this date of Rudy Beverage. I, Jami Jenkins of Florida and Bob Arnes of Louisiana are building a consortium of existing investors of Rudy Beverage. We seek to solicit the help of the Secretary of State of Nevada and require that the books for Rudy be made available to us, and most important, the rights and materials and inventories still existing under “someone’s” control. If you wish to participate in this action, we require strength in numbers of shares.
